Pizza Hut

Order delivery at your own risk. Disappointed in the lack of communication regarding an order that was never delivered to my home. Was not called the night of to tell me it was no longer getting delivered despite fact it stated out for delivery . Was not given a refund upon asked and store credit didn’t match what was spent especially considering they took fees and tips for a service they did not do. Called multiple times with little help and my issue has yet to be resolved.

Parking: Had to park at shell because I have to drive past espressway just to turn around

Pizzahut has improved on the flavor of their pizzas. I ordered twice from this Pizzahut, and the pizzas were very good. The whole family enjoyed eating the pizza. Whatever changed, keep up with the better flavor!

Everything was hot and fresh. I'd stopped going to this location because of the poor quality of the food a few years back. It has definitely changed. I will be ordering again.

Pizza Hut always has the best pan pizza! They also always have coupons online that you can use, so I never have to pay full price. The customer service is great. The drivers are awesome! They always get there very quickly. One thing I don’t like about this Pizza Hut is where they are located. You can only turn right when you exit this place. The kicker is that you have to go through 2 red lights before you can make a u-turn and turn around. Be Smart! Park in the gas station lot next door. There you can exit back on to Fairburn at a light.

It was like the pizza sat in the door dashers car for an hour getting stale and cold while they over cooked the chocolate chip cookie so much an entire inch of the outer ring of the cookie was hard. I don't mean like a normal hard cookie, I mean crack your teeth hard. It took more than an hour to arrive from a mile away. These people aren't thay busy, they're just lazy. The door dasher called me to come outside to get my food outside my porch area like DOOR isn't in the name of the business, but Front Yard/Driveway Dash. I presume their drivers were busy elsewhere. Doordash is garbage service. Almost as bad as Walmart delivery. Had I known service was this bad, I would retract my tip. This isn't the 1st time this Pizza Hut has had bad service so they've lost my business permanently. Bad people working there who don't care, can't read and apparently don't have time to deliver $51 orders in a timely manner. We all know why this happens and are afraid to say it out loud but substandard people will never care about anything.

Terrible location. Waited nearly 3 hours to get cold food delivered to me. Had to drive to store myself to get a refund. Incompetent management.
