Great team, friendly and helpful. Ordered Hot Honey wings but they were discontinued and Jason saved the day by calling and giving me other options. Pizza was made well but didn't have very much BBQ sauce on it.

Ordered 18 pc wings and bread sticks. Wings were tough and very little BQ sauce on them. I'm so disappointed. We've always had really good luck with your wings.

After spending 20 mins trying to get the online system working and our payment to go through we decided to call because we figured maybe their system was down. After waiting on hold the lady on the other end was rude as all get out and hung up on us before we could place our order. I have not used this pizza joint before but I will never use it now. I have never been so disappointed with the customer service at a place. If I was their management I would relieve that employee of their position or you will be losing lots of clients!

Delivered a fully incorrect order. Now will have to wait over an hour for them to bring me the correct one. Paid $60 and a 30% tip for really terrible service.

Been at the corner of Syracuse and Uinta since 3pm today when I was hit by an RTD bus that wasn't paying attention. Tried ordering a pizza for delivery and for the house address on the corner, supposedly speaking with the manager on the phone just now, and utterly unsure of what he is capable of doing. Sitting in a car in front of this house, willing to pay, and yet Pizza Hut doesn't seem to be capable of pulling off a delivery like this. It's now 8:31pm here in Denver, waiting on the police to take this report down, and seemingly, disappointedly, hungry.

Great experience here. I had pre-scheduled a 4:45 pickup for my pizza. Right on the dot, I strolled in at 4:45, only to be informed that they were in the process of remaking my pepperoni pizza. Why, you ask? Because I had requested an extra dose of pep, and the initial creation fell short of that mark. It's not every day that you encounter such meticulousness. Often, when I've ordered extra pepperoni elsewhere, it's evident that it's just the regular stuff. The fact that they took the time to get it right, even if it meant a mere 2-minute delay, earned my appreciation.
