This is consistently the worst pizza hut I have ever been too. Every time the entire staff is clueless. You walk in to what appears to be an empty store front and wait several minutes before anyone's happens to walk by. This time I came to pick up an online order and the staff needed to go get the manager to just tell him I've already paid for it when I submitted the order. After getting an alert my order was ready I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes trying again to get someone's attention. I finally did and the employee again couldn't tell me where my order was and had to wait for a manager. After more time waiting I flagged the same lady down and told her I was pretty sure the order in the hot box was mine (which had been there since I walked in). It was. I waited all that time for nothing. This is just silly. The service is just so bad time and time again.
I've tried to give this place another chance, but they just don't give af anymore. $110 bucks for 2 awful pizzas and some undercooked wings is ridiculous to be SO disgusting!! Close this location.

My 5 star review is now a 1 star because of a recent change that's outright false advertising. When you order "10 cheese sticks" now, they give you FIVE cheesesticks. I took them back in & asked why they claimed they were 10, when the quantity is the same as what they've called 5 cheese sticks for well over a decade. The associate looked me right in the eye, & said (with a straight face) "Because we cut them in half now." If you cut a potato in half, you don't suddenly have 2 potatoes. Yet Pizza Hut has literally cut their portion in half, & are claiming it's "the same amount". While raising the price, even. I'm reporting this blatantly false advertising to the Federal Trade Commission, & encourage others to do the same.
It took 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. Shameful. There's a 7-Eleven not too far up the street. I recommend going there instead. The service is probably better. 2 stars is more than they deserve.
