New person with red braided hair appears to be trying to cause problems with everyone Now you need to make sure all employees you hire are doing there jobs a not trying to tell other people to do everything and not do anything. A regular employee just hired and not a manager either. I don't care where you work do your job. Need to have better manager that is why you loose employes they dont need ba atitudes and work along with them including the one you just put in darlington store this the darlington south carolina store and the food ls good. They hired a person named Brenda she does not a thing except boss employees around They are going to start losing employees

My pizza was perfect when I picked it up and wings were lit!!

We placed an order and it’s now over a hour late past the original delivery time. We placed the order online using the Pizza Hut website. After checking the website it was still “being prepared”. So, I decided to call the restaurant and ask how much longer it might be. A male answered the phone, without giving his name, then proceeded to inform me that they didn’t have an online order for us. I assured him that we did have an order and his response was, “Can you call back later? We’re really swamped.” This is the second or third time that we’ve had an issue with this location. It will be the last time. I absolutely refuse to give any more of my hard earned money to this establishment. Update: the pizza arrived about thirty minutes after placing the phone call. Unacceptable!

Now I know why I have not been to this pizza hut in years. I received a pizza that was about half warm and then had to wait on 8 chicken nuggets to get microwaved . I won't be back.

Service and atmosphere is excellent, but the pizza doesn't taste like pizza, it's too bland

Horrible experience. Never received my delivery. Drove to store 2.5 hrs after order placed. Received 2 cold pizzas that were incorrectly made. Rude manager. Would not reimburse delivery fee or tip. Kept on hold 40 mins prior to driving there. They were not busy. Only one other customer in the store. Horrible experience, rude manager and cold food.
