Food was not cooked all the way pizza was chewy for some reason and the wings were cold and not sauced at all
Ordered via Uber eats. They had only two people working. I waited 50 minutes for a large stuffed crust. That was burnt on the top edges and RAW on the inside. I won't give that to a dog. Just clueless
Says the store hours online that they are open. But time after time they close the store when they feel like it. Awful phone etiquette as well.
Horrible over the phone service. They put me on hold, then forgot about me! I'm visiting from out of town with friends and decided to use their app to order just a large pizza and sodas. Simple order. Then I had to call in as the app "adjusted" my order to be carryout instead of delivery. Eh it happens, I had to call to adjust my order, to which they didn't know what to do. The worker who helped me, to which I couldn't get their name, had to get a manager. Fair enough, sometimes things are complicated. While they went to get their manager to adjust my order, they set the phone down. I was on hold nearly 10 minutes, to which they picked up again and acted as if they didn't know what my issue was. They acted like I had just placed a call in to them. I had to remind them that I had a complication and that THEY HAD JUST SAID THEY WOULD HELP. Rude, unprofessional, and played it off "glad you stayed on the line or you wouldn't have gotten help". They had to get a driver to pick up my meal and even then they had no proper customer service ability. The kindergarten dropout that works the phones needs placed on leave. Restaff. Ill be Deleting the app, since this is clearly the service all stores must have.
The order was correct and on time!
