Pizza Hut

I had a craving for pizza, so I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the small store I was greeted with so much warmth and enthusiasm from the man and 2 women that it almost shocked me! That's very rare these days, unfortunately! But it felt really genuine! As I told the woman ringing me up what I wanted on my pan pizza, (marinara, cheese, chicken, bacon, pineapple, and red onion, with a barbeque drizzle on top, the man said that a less expensive way to get that pizza was to order a Hawaiian luau pizza with substitutions and then add the extra toppings. He then asked would I like jalapenos on the pizza as well? I said yes, that sounds really good! He said "I got you!" And went to the back to go make my pizza When he was finished, he presented it like a live chef, with pride and a smile It was beautiful and tasted even better! These 3 have guest service down to a tee!! And he went above and beyond to create the perfect pizza!! I left smiling!

This is a place is an absolute joke!!! Do not order from here!!! I wished I had read the reviews first!!! Extremely poor customer service!!!!! I asked for the New Hot honey in my notes but did not get it. When I called and asked about it she said “ oh we don’t have that!” Then I asked about them not putting marinara sauce on the pizza and she hung up on me! I tried calling back a few times and they kept hanging up on me..I will be calling their corporate office. Oh she did tell me I could bring it back , and I told her I just paid door dash to have it delivered!!

I placed an online delivery order with them & my order was given to someone else , me not knowing they use door dash as a delivery method . The driver called to inform me that my order was given to someone else & when he asked her if they’d remake it for me due to the mess up on their end we were told no because I’d need to cancel & order again . This is NOT okay at all & needs to be fixed & addressed .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! If I could put no stars I would. As a tourist from out of town not knowing about them, I found out tonight….customer service is awfully rude and wait time is beyond slow until a point where food will be cold by time order is delivered to you. Will not recommend this Pizza Hut to NO ONE!!

Please stay far away from this Pizza Hut, customer service is horrible. Especially with the store manager or supervisor Shawana very unpleasant person. Shawana never smiles Nor makes my visit to Pizza Hut a great experience! .. definitely will never be coming back to this location Parking: Just stay away from this pizza location.

I wouldn't know how the food was because my pizza never arrived. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Thankfully, Papa Johns delivered within 20 minutes after I waited for my Pizza Hut order for 3 and a half hours. Just a waste of $33.

Literally the worst fast food service I've ever received. Our order was canceled and the unbelievably rude woman on the phone claimed she called twice but "we didn't answer" even though we did. They hung up on US and had the audacity to say otherwise! We have the call logs to prove it! Customers are the reason you have a job whether you like it or not. A little respect isn't a hard ask.

Neighborhood is rough around the edges but pizza was good
