Pho-nomenal

Mathew was a Rockstar! Drinks came fast, pho was pho-nomenal!! Broth had amazing flaver!! Definitely recommended

The food used to be so good but lately they have been subpar in service. I ordered takeout and all the egg rolls came burnt and I found multiple black hairs on the chicken. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I love Pho the broth here is on the sweet side and they give you basil instead of cilantro. But it's a nice size portion. I will go again and try other menu options.

I ordered through uber eats, got a medium pho with extra meat(rare steak, well done brisket, and tripe plus reg amount of tendon), got extra of the rare steak but not much of the brisket nor the tripe. I've been to their actual location and their serving are way bigger in person compare to when you get delivered which is frustrating since I'm paying more to get a medium but not even getting the same amount at the actual location. The pho also came had wayyyy less broth than what it's supposed to look like when you order at the actual location. I also ordered spring rolls which was a good size but barely any sauce. Again, when I went at the location before, the Spring rolls came with more sauce. The fact that I paid extra for the meat and only the rare steak had extra but not the brisket nor tripe is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating and that the pho had more noodles than broth which is also frustrating and ridiculous. Same with the Spring roll that came with not enough sauce and the fact that the sauce already came in a small container and they only put in around half of that tiny container. Me and my family have been to the actual location and the portions are good but when it comes to having your food delivered, they should keep the same proportion as it is when you order at the location. This was just frustrating and ridiculous. Also not to mention the food was cold when it arrived to my place and I was only 10 minutes away.

Hair in my food, filthy, sticking menu, The soya sauce, hot sauce and seasoning bottles were sticky and disgusting, the cook was sitting outside to smoke, and then blew his nose onto the ground, smeared the snot on his sleeve and went back inside. Makes me question if he washed his hands afterwards. Too grossed out to ever eat there again.

Always get the receipt to reconfirm the your actual expense and tips. Mine’s over charged(more than 50%) and quite different amount from actual transacted amount. Mine’s reported to the Credit card bank in the process of dispute. Will update the results when I get back refunded.

the food was delicious! i had gotten a tofu bowl, my partner got some pho, and some spring rolls as well. our server, jacob, was very kind & helpful to us! he asked how we were doing & checked on us lots, and answered any questions we had about our food. he just seemed like an all around friendly guy, and genuinely cared about us! thank you jacob for making us feel comfortable & serving us well! :) Vegetarian options: not many vegan options, like 4 or 5 things on the menu. but whatever vegan meal you do end up getting, it’s sooo delicious!!!
