This dessert place is pretty average considering the competition this place has around the San Gabriel area, it's not horrible but it's nothing to write home about either. Nevertheless, the place was pretty clean and the customer service was great, the place was spacious but cozy at the same time. The menu has many dishes to choose from, perhaps the one I ordered just happens to be average. Food: - Assorted Fresh Mochi (7/10): This one was pretty average, they probably make these in batch, but the ones that I got was not tasty . The mochi itself isn't chewy but the fillings were good. - Egg Mochi (6/10): I have tasted better ones. These tasted pretty bland. Part of the waffle was burnt as well. - Sweet black sesame (8/10): Alright, I enjoyed this one! You could tell they used real black sesame to make these, because they are quite thick in texture and the sweetness was just right, the only reason I gave an 8 is because I have tasted better ones. - Thai-style Mango Sticky Rice (10/10): This was the saving grace! I was sharing this with my girlfriend but I ended up eating 3/4 of this and forgot the other dishes we ordered ! I totally recommend getting this dish! Overall, if you prefer your desserts to be less sweet, this restaurant would do just fine. If you want something sweeter, you are better off going somewhere else.
