Pho´Edin

We love Pho, and both the beef and the chicken Pho were excellent. We will be back!

Every now and then we find a “diamond in the rough”. Pho Edin was my diamond today. Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Great soup along the bike trail.

10 stars all the way around- so 1st the Service which was fantastic and super pleasant. 2nd the FOOD made to order with love and care, everything was fresh and delicious. The Atmosphere super claiming and the outdoor seating is great to sit and relax. Cool for the bikers and walkers too. Great Great place.

Love Pho'Edin! We spend our winters in the area and ALWAYS look forward to coming back here. We always order the Beef Pho - the broth is so lovely and flavorful, a perfect warm up on those sunny winter days that get a little chilly when the sun goes down. And the Banh Mi! Don't miss it! It has the perfect balance of crusty bread, fresh herbs and veggies and flavorful meat. The owner is also so lovely and warm. It is a win - win. You give your business to a wonderful person and get a wonderful meal in return. . . . I wish I had photos to upload, but we always dig in right away. The camera does NOT eat first here! :)

Small menu but all very good. Really like all the tofu options.

Kim served me the best spring rolls and Pho I’ve ever had today. Nothing better than a huge bowl of Pho on a cold day - this Pho is SPECIAL. The flavor was very subtle and nuanced, I’ve had pho in other places that is too salty and not balanced. The pho here is the real deal and they do not skimp on the beef!
