Just a local here that likes to give second chances evidently. Every time I go to this subway, they have new people working there and each time it seems like they are younger and more red eyed than the last. I was greeted with you ordering or picking up??!! Because I didn’t understand what she said at first I And had to ask her to repeat herself I was given an attitude. It is 6 PM on a Sunday evening and I had no ingredients available that I wanted. I’ve settled for the bare minimum because I just didn’t want to have to cook tonight after work. By far the worst service yet!!! My suggestion is get somebody in here who actually wants to work or sell the business to someone who will be happy to turn profit for your location.

This is the best Subway location in the city. I wish I had gotten the two ladies names that were working together tonight because they were nice & friendly and those sandwiches were very fresh & delicious. Great job ladies!! 1/24/23 @6:52:01 Order# 10490D0D-FE

Sandwich inedible because of very stale white bread. It was like cardboard. Waste of money. I was warned about this location. Won't be back.

I was at this place today told the guy what sub I wanted, he didn't even ask what cheese I wanted so I took it upon myself to tell him, he looked at me mumbled and put the wrong cheese, I was like ok cheese is cheese LOL. Went to the cashier who was in a rude, and bad mood. Very disappointed today. They both seem new because I often go in and order.

This store went above and beyond the call of service. I pulled into the Disabled parking space, and I couldn't get through the number posted on the internet. I noticed a young employee who was wiping down tables. I flashed my high beams, and after getting her attention, she carefully approached my car. I explained to her that I am a Paralyzed Veteran and was recovering from 2 back surgeries and wanted to order a sub and if she could get it for me so I didn't have to lift my wheelchair out of the back seat and reassemble it, I would greatly appreciate it. She got my order and I paid her and insisted she take a tip! Thank you Subway! Please visit this location and tell them thank you again for helping someone who needed their help and kindness! Wheelchair accessibility: Two spaces located in the proper place and all within regulation!

I was at this location December 4 about 1:15 pm. The guy making my order was ok just seemed like he was new. The cashier was a little rude mess. When I questioned what she charged me she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". No hello, thank you, nothing. Had to ask for napkins and you would have thought I tried to yank out her false eyelashes! Not going back

First of all NO THANK YOU for making your customers type up all the info that your phone operators used to do!!! MORE WORK is EXACTLY WHAT I DON'T WANT WHEN I'M REPORTING A BAD EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT!!! I walked into your store to get a sandwich to take home after work. Your employee was fiddling around with something behind the counter and after about a minute of me waiting she finally looked at me AND DIDN'T SAY A WORD (black girl, about 20 years old with faint magenta streaks in her hair, no name tag). She just stood there staring at me! After about 30 seconds (really, COUNT UP TO 30 SECONDS AND REALIZE HOW INAPPROPRIATE AND UNCONFORTABLE THIS WAS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER!) I said (very ironically) "Hello!, Welcome to Subway, how may I help you?!" She just looked at me and managed about 1/3 of a smirk. I ordered your COLD CUT COMBO and she said "Hold on" and walked away into the kitchen. After about a minute she came back and said "Yeh, we got it"...well, OK!!! She started making my sandwich and I always ask for EXTRA LETTUCE. She said "We don't have lettuce tonight." You're kidding me. Subway is the biggest sandwich shop in the world AND YOU CAN'T KEEP LETTUCE IN THE STORE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! So I asked for green pepper, onions and pickles. SHE PRETTY MUCH JUST PLOPPED EVERYTHING DOWN IN THE CENTER OF THE SANDWICH NOT BOTHERING TO SPREAD THE FIXINGS OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BENEFIT. I came very close to just saying FORGET IT! and walking out the door without what will clearly be a DISSAPOINTING SANDWICH after she did this. 1-So, BAD ATTITUDE, UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEE! 2-No LETTUCE FOR CUSTOMER SANDWICHES (like the most basic ingredient of all!) 3-Employee couldn't be bothered to build the sandwich properly (just plopping everything down in the center!) I have been seeing videos and postings saying that Subway is losing business and closing stores- going DOWNHILL! After my visit to your Clearwater, FL location tonight, I DON'T DOUBT IT!!! P.S. Since you forced me, the customer, to do all the work of typing this up, I will be copy-and-pasting this complaint to Yelp, Google reviews, Facebook, and anywhere else I can think of.
