Pho Hoang

I ordered on grub hub and food was so good I decided to visit the restaurant with my girl. Amazing choice

I used to come here all the time, but I moved away for a couple years. This place isn't really as good as i remember it being before. The pho's pretty close, but the drink cost more than it used to and wasn't good at all.

The Pho is always very tasty! I order here often. They used to write me cute little notes on the Sticky Note attached to my bag. I’ve never had an issue with their customer service but I’ve also never dined in.

Service sucks but pho dac biet is decent

Original review 5 years ago (2019) updated to add a picture from 3 or so years ago. This place has the best Pho in town for miles hands down. I have tried every single one that has opened and none compare to this one (in Riverview Fl) While its pretty traditional in flavors, the portions are huge and the flavor is fantastic. The grilled beef is a family favorite and at least two people get it every time. the flavor is amazing and I want to replicate it at home and have not figured out how! I have been known to order a side of it and add it to my soup on occasion. The restaurant has expanded over the years here and has updated its look when they grew. The staff are always friendly and kind. Food comes out quick. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and affordable prices.

We ordered some food items with our veggies as I am allergic. This did not matter to them. Our food was all wrong and our server didn’t even offer to fix it or comp it. The other issue was that everything we asked extra to be brought to the table the server would ask if it was to go. He kept trying to rush us out of the door even though they were still open for another hour. Food was subpar, service was terrible and they even included a mandatory 18% gratuity. This experience was terrible.

I like their food but the customer service is depressing. I visited at around 6PM, dinner time and there was no one greeting. I had to call to be seated. Look at the photos. Depressing and no employees are seen at dinner time. Where are they?
