Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!

Just left this place and it was absolutely AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️. The customer service was so fantastic. The entire staff was nice and friendly. And the food was out of this world. It was so delicious and it was a lot of food. They are definitely not skimpy on the portions. I will definitely eat there every time I'm in the area! Please don't change a thing. You're perfect just the way you are!

I went to crossroads with my husband who wanted to grab some chicken to go. I was a vegan for years and not interested in the menu. The way my husband took a bite of the chicken and moaned flickered my curiosity enough to take a nibble. Then it happened. Crossroads changed my vegan lifestyle and opened my tastebuds to a euphoric sense of freedom! It unleashed a hidden deep craving of desiring cross roads fried chicken constantly. I cannot get enough of it.

THIS HOT CHICKEN IS AMAZING! In my rankings of best Hot Chicken they are definitely in the top 3 hands down. The juiciest, meatiest, most well seasoned chicken ever. Don’t even get me started on their mac and cheese!!

This was my first time coming here! I had the Naked breast and wing basket with mac/ cheese and collard greens! Everything was hot and fresh period! Vincent delivered awesome customer service thank you! I highly recommend this place ❤️

This chicken has to be by far the best chicken around. All food comes out hot and fresh, and the service from the employees is unmatched!

A bit disappointed, honestly. They were out of half the sides, so we just got the coleslaw. It was also weirdly humid inside, which wasn’t a super fun environment to be eating spicy food in. When we finally got the food, I was a little upset at the lack of pickles and the fact that the “toast” was just a slice of untoasted Wonder bread - not something cool like brioche. The chicken was actually pretty good and crunchy, but everything else was a disappointment. The coleslaw was heavily lacking in flavor, and the cookie I got just tasted like burnt butter. As we were leaving, one of the guys working behind the counter asked how everything was and we told him the cookie wasn’t really good, and he just nodded. Interesting customer service for sure. The only good thing is the quality of the chicken. Be prepared for a long wait, and mid sides.

I really like this place. The Mac salad is delicious and so is the Mac and cheese and corn ribs! I appreciate the use of a lot of seasonings and spices, but it's kind of too much for me, I would just ask for less quantity of seasoning blend next time.

Fantastic! These guys are amazing, they really know how to make a hot chicken. I enjoyed the half chicken hot, Mac and cheese and my wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich, mild, and the coleslaw. We shared the corn ribs and the Back Down, Hot Cross, and White BBQ sauces. Everything we tasted was delicious and had a nice divergent of flavors taking you down a different road trip with every bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with each bite crunching louder than a supercharged 540 big block. Fair priced and easy to reach, you won't have to sell your soul here at the Crossroads
