Pho Cali Restaurant by far has the best shrimp pho in Orange County. The price is about $10. The French baguettes are always freshly baked and their egg rolls are out of this world.

Great food at an affordable price. Tasty snacks and plates of food in this little hole on the wall. The diced beef is delicious and the banh bo nuong is amazing. The place does not look appealing from the outside to be quite honest and even the inside seems a little run down but the food is great. Recommended if you are in the area. Vegetarian options: They have some place with just vegetables, but they add plenty of greens to many plates
