Nice spot. Last time we went the food was ready in under 5 minutes. As if they knew we were coming and made before we arrived. Hmm But overall great place to hang out. Had large outdooor seating area which lights for night use- great for hot days. Is on a main blvd so expect traffic noise/ cars. Tree in front had a branch over 10’ brake off when leaving one of those super windy days! Might want to trim. Kid friendly.

Place is always good with clear broth, and yummy pho beef meats, (yes all the good stuff). I also got the popcorn chicken. All hella good all the time. Place is also super quick even though they’re frequently have a full house. People know what’s good.
