McDonald's

I came to this mcdonald this morning and they are not open. They are busy cleaning and even drive through not open. They should prepare ahead of time. it is 7:00 already.

Horrible! 25 min wait ordering in the lobby to go, to avoid the double lane drive thru cut off, we get home, and my Quarter pounder bacon meal turns out to be a big mac. Which makes it 3 for 3 now!! My last 3 orders have all been wrong from this location! never again! Overpriced food that's not fast and not what I ordered over and over.

Edit: Yesterday they wouldn't even give me a water cup, though. California requires by law that patrons get served water. Not only when they're tiny water cups are available!!Over the years this place has gotten worse. Slow service consistently and now night management and crew literally sits around and collects pay while lobby and drive thru are both "closed early per management" according to a hand written note taped to their wet floor sign placed in their drive thru. When i noticed them sitting in a dark closed store they felt the need to confront me. Management also admitted to having a minor there on the clock past curfew (10 pm for labor in CA), this was around 1045pm. If the store closes early, employees need to leave when the store closes. As an ex fast food manager, this whole thing was handled poorly. I took my business down the street to Carl's Jr.

I came by here yesterday and spent money. Ordering a meal through drive through and I wanted a water cup and A. Refuse to give me one because they didn't have their little standard water cups. But per california state law, they are required to offer free water to patrons

Not bad, far as fast food goes.

Worst McDonalds in the area. Constantly messing up orders. This last time around I ordered a "large" fries because my medium fries were a small. Well, my large fries were now a medium. Don't hit the spot, go to another one. It's just unfortunate this one is close to home and it sucks!
