Walked in to a 40 minute wait but was sat earlier than quoted. Unfortunately the manager also sat a party of 4 rowdy teenagers around us. The teens were loud, rude, and smoking within the restaurant (also alluded to dining and dashing..) . The manager took swift action and made sure they were removed and apologized to surrounding tables within earshot. She brought us our food (crabs were good, salmon was a bit too salty but still good) and a complimentary dessert. Really friendly staff all around but the manager was exemplar (wish we got her name!)
Ruslan my server was great! Food was good and space is big. Had lunch after aquarium with my cousin and 2.5 year old child and Ruslan was patient, attentive, and speedy in his service. Thank you for making our visits enjoyable!
We went to Phillip’s for dinner after a great day at the aquarium. We could not have picked a better restaurant to end our day! Our server Tiera was absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful, attentive, communicative, and efficient. We had stuffed lobster tail, shrimp and seared scallops, a lobster roll, and mac and cheese, a hot dog, and cheeseburger for the kids. Everyone loved their meal! We also got the coconut cake, flourless chocolate cake, and cheesecake to share between 7 of and scraped the plates clean! The restaurant was busy, and even though we had a short wait at 5pm, our experience was absolutely worth the wait! It was lively, but it was not loud and we were able to enjoy conversation over dinner. 10/10! Dietary restrictions: We had two different food allergies in our party and they were noted and taken special care of. Kid-friendliness: Coloring activities and a fun surprise if the kids showed the server their artwork. Great food options and special, fun drink options just for kids.
Undercooked & unfit consumption Salmon came out twice from the kitchen. On February 24th, 2024, my family and I visited your esteemed establishment with eager anticipation for a delightful meal, particularly looking forward to enjoying the salmon dish with Farmhouse Salad, which we had heard great things about. However, our evening took a disappointing turn when we received the salmon dish, which was undercooked and unfit for consumption. Understanding that occasional mishaps can occur, we politely brought this matter to the attention of our server, who handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. Despite their efforts to rectify the issue by promptly arranging for a replacement dish, we were dismayed to find that the replacement suffered from the same problem - it was cooked only on the outside and raw on the inside. We are left wondering why this happened and sincerely hope that steps will be taken to address this issue promptly to prevent other patrons from experiencing similar disappointments in the future. I must commend our server for their professionalism and kindness throughout the ordeal. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, we left a tip as a gesture of appreciation for their service.
I was a bit nervous that such a staple of the Inner Harbor might be touristy, overrated, or mediocre but I was pleasantly surprised to say the least! The food was amazing and our server Seymon was excellent. The drinks took a while to come out and parking in the harbor is expensive, but other than that, no complaints. :)
Tiera was a great server. Food was excellent! Fried trio is delicious! Kid-friendliness: Great for kids
