P.F. Chang's

This was the very first PF Chang's I've went to- great food and service! My server Manny was very helpful and a great guy overall :)

I had a great experience when I came here. Manny was our server and he went above and beyond. We will request him next time we come! Great place to eat

Food was great and our server Andrew was wonderful!

We have never gone to PF Changs because we’re not fans of chain restaurants. Due to a need to go somewhere walkable from our hotel we ended up here. And so glad we did! The food was fresh, amazing, the best steamed dumplings I’ve ever had (I am a steamed dumpling snob). My DH had Mongolian beef and it was also delicious. But the real shining star was our server Darren. Wow. Wow. Rock star at making his guests feel like he’s there to be engaged and enjoying getting to know them, not just plop down plates and fill water glasses. I don’t know what Darren will end up doing in his life but this guys got the personality, communication skills and attitude to do literally anything he wants! Thank you and shout out to Darren and PF Chang’s manager Matt for making our experience so nice.

Arrived at 6:10pm and asked the hostess where to go to place a “to-go” order and was directed to an order to-go register/island. Waited 10 minutes and finally one of the table servers came over, asked what I needed, I explained a to-go order, he said to wait here and he disappeared into the kitchen. Waited another 10 minutes and the manager came over, asked what I needed and took my order. Then I sat and waited for 40 minutes. During that time I was told 3 times my order would be out shortly. I never saw the manager again but I did ask twice when my order would be out. When my order finally did come, it was correct but the delivery server didn’t apologize or provide any explanation. They were not busy and no I did not online order. I wanted to look at the menu and decide, which I did during the first 10 minutes I waited. On the way out I said something to the hostess, to which she relied they would be starting a remodel which should eliminate problems like this. He folks, what about now!! Won’t be back!!

Manny was outstanding. We came for my birthday and our anniversary and he made it a great night. Thanks Manny, you rock!

Mackenzie was fabulous!! We came to eat for a massive party of nearly 30 people and she handled our party with such attentivness and grace throughout the evening! Big thanks to her and her team!

Andrew was amazing in his service! He deserves recognition.
