Really good boba and tea quality considering they share a kitchen with other restaurants! Had a hard time finding this place though, but it's located in the Colony. Very good, and will go again!
I worked at Cassidy Preschool summer camp in Santa Monica. On the last day of camp, admin got each teacher a drink from here. We were able to choose any drink from the menu. Im not really into boba, so I knew I'll probably get an ice coffee. I really wanted to try the Vietnamese ice coffee but it has 4 shots of espresso!! No thank you sir. So I went with a drink called The Cardi. I ordered it without the boba. The Cardi is dairy free, freshly brewed espresso with pure vanilla, cardamom, and oat milk. Yum!!!
Re: owner response, thanks for letting me know of that option. I'll try to venture out again but highly recommend considering a separate location given that walk-ins trying to get your tea is going to have issues. Wish I had the opportunity to try it but their location inside colony is the worst. Trying to order a boba tea and it takes at least 10-15+ minutes while waiting for people to scroll through the menu deciding what to order and this is just one person in front of me at the kiosk. It’s better to go to a regular boba shop.
We drive 15 miles to and from just for Percolate. Open one in the valley!
the drinks are good, but it took around 40 minutes to actually get our drinks.
Surprisingly good tea. I went here because Starbucks was out of my usual green tea.
If this business does exist, it is impossible to find, and none of the pictures posted here can be found at this location - they are photos of a different location. I spent 20 minutes trying to find parking, then ended up walking back and forth past the street address given for this location three times before realizing either the address is incorrect, or the business never existed. How does this place have such great reviews, without actually existing? Parking: Street parking only (via meters), and it is very limited.
