Seriously good latte, and I'm picky. Pleasant staff and good atmosphere. Plenty of parking in the back. Don't let a line intimidate you, it moves fast and is so worth it

First time here today. I had the Good Times Latte and it was delicious. The toasted bagel was good and I appreciated the cream cheese being whipped. The service, food, and vibes are really cool! It was $11 for the bagel and my latte which is a great price-point. It’s next door to my sauna facility which is really convenient after I complete my sessions. I will definitely be back!

When I first moved here in early 2021, I spent a lot of mornings grabbing a breakfast sandwich at work on the way to work. The quality of the baked goods has really diminished. It’s very disappointing that they don’t have sugar for your coffee, just simple syrup, or Splenda. Today, the icing on the mediocre cake I found out they won’t use my personal cup for an espresso drink and they’re now “cashless”. Such a disappointing experience. And for a business to think that people without bank accounts don’t deserve to have a nice coffee. Gross.

Very good latte! Nice location with a bunch of seating. They clearly put thought into the decor here. I got the good times latte-very good! Dietary restrictions: They offer oat milk.

I love Perc! The staff are super friendly, the coffee is delicious, and they have a great selection of breakfast foods and baked goods. The space feels like just the right size, and I love hanging out while I drink my coffee. I'm glad that I live so close so I can sneak over for a coffee/bite to eat before starting work from home. Parking: The lot behind the building has ample space. Even when they have been busy, it's been easy to get a space. Kid-friendliness: We don't have kids, but quite a few families go to Perc and seem to have a good time!

Haven't had a thing I didn't like here so far! My favorite food item is the lox bagel. If you want a fun drink, but don't like your coffee very sweet, I recommend ordering your drink half sweet. It comes out perfect every time I've done that. Don't expect a cheap breakfast, but you can expect a very good one. The atmosphere is nice as the space is very bright with a modern design and a bit of greenery, but it can get a bit loud due to the acoustics when there's a lot of people. There is nice outdoor seating available too. Parking: There is a small lot behind the building but it is often full and the spaces are quite narrow. Street parking also available in the neighborhood.
