Wish I read the reviews first. I typically love pei Wei and had it many times but this location is the worst! The staff is slow, seriously understaffed, and just chats with each other. They walk slow, look at phones and talk to each other. More than 20 minutes to order when only 8 people ahead and now waiting 30 minutes more and no food yet. 1 cook, 1 cashier. 2 staff hanging in the back and they pop out to talk to the others

Everybody's been asking us to give a new review here so we're going to give them one star for the worker at 8:30 Wednesday 2024 was not very friendly or didn't know anything about customer service hopefully the managers look at these things and understand why customers put reviews for a reason and why we come in and put reviews for a reason this is an update review asking us what do we need is not a really good word to ask anybody but how can I help you would be very nice other than that we give them one star for even the worker trying to hide our order as well we give them one star we will not do business with this place and tell the near future if they change and have a better performance for their star ratings never judge people by the their color or judge a book by its cover learn how to be respectful if you're going to be working on the front end and polite and friendly to people we hope this will be changed in the near future not a good way to start off a good year with being mean and looking at people really mean thank you

Ordered wonton soup. Loved the food while eating it. But later got diarrhoea. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered teriyaki. Bad oil and/or sauce. caused tummy ache and gas within an hour. Tiny portions: meat swimming in oil and kiosk is so slow and confusing. Concourse E needs better options.
