Baristas were rude and seemed irritated even though I was the only customer in line. Maybe there was just a rush or something but they all seemed to have attitude. My drink was made wrong and wasn’t filled enough. I heard the service wasn’t great at this store and I guess it’s true.
Remodel looks great, and I enjoyed my Black Tie. However, I asked a white female barista for napkins and she rudely said no. It’s fine if she didn’t have napkins, but she had a poor attitude and didn’t offer any resolution. In our limited interaction, she made me feel like such an inconvenience for asking. Don’t be a barista if you don’t want to help customers. I then asked another POC female barista who kindly said she had no napkins but offered a paper towel. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but her kindness and effort are why this place has 3 stars instead of 1-2.
The person who I assume is the day shift manager was super rude to me. I asked the cashier for a small cup of crushed iced and said I could pay for it. She said it was fine and was going to get me ice when the manager questioned her about my request. At that point the manager said no she couldn’t do that. I said I would pay for it she said there was no way to ring that up and that her ice was limited. I said, “Is that why my frappe is watery because that’s why I asking for the ice??” That’s when she allowed the cashier to give me the cup of ice. Racist & rude.
Very fun atmosphere very enjoyable
