Paradise Smoothies & Pretzels

We will never return. The staff are incredibly rude and impolite; they treated my daughter terribly when attempting to order a simple dish. There was a girl who looked as though she rolled out of bed and showed up for work with ratty green/bleach blond hair that honestly shouldn't be handling people's food - it was quite disturbing to witness. Nor did this gal express a friendly demeanor, more like she hated her job. After waiting some time to receive our food, they forgot to give us the cheese we paid for and when my daughter inquired, a different girl rendered an attitude and drilled her as though we didnt pay as opposed to just checking the receipt. I didn't realize what a ripoff this place is; I checked my bank statement today and couldn't believe I was charged nearly $26 for hot dog bites, a tiny side of cheese and a smoothie. I go online to check out there menu as I believe I'd been overcharged (as I could've ate at the Olive Garden for that price) and low and behold I can't find a single official website or their menu prices. The manager/owner should really look into all these negative remarks people have to say about his/her company - clearly they're not doing something right. If management doesn't take responsibility for their work, why would the staff? A nice outing with my daughter ended in disaster at Paradise Smoothies. Awful customer service, ill-mannered, rude, and an unpleasant experience.

Boba was hard and the strawberry smoothie tasted off

This place was so fun! Loved being here and all the food/drinks.

The pretzels and smoothies are made fresh to order so they are always really good. Service wasn't even bad until a specific incident. I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel, I always order a cinnamon sugar pretzel and that's what it was on the receipt. But for some reason they made it a salted pretzel. I told them their mistake and they not only made me pay the $1.30 difference but didn't even make a new pretzel just brushed the salt off the one they made and put sugar on it. I wish I hadn't tipped.

This is one of my favorite places to go. This is always the must stop place when i need a snack at the mall. Sam is so sweet and makes me love ordering from here.

Super delicious smoothies with awesome customer service. They had a huge line and it only took a few minutes to get my order! Will be returning.

Their drinks made me and my friend very Sick. Regardless of what's in the drink.
