Terrible customer service, lady at the front wearing pink on 6/11 was extremely rude. She said the kitchen was closed 30 minutes prior to closing. Kicked my entire family out at 8:25 when they close at 9pm.

Ordered the chicken escalope, boys forgot the tomatoes. Ordered a London fog and caramel macchiato, boys forgot about the macchiato; had to remind them (both drinks tasted meah ). Ordered ferrero milk shake for kids based on the picture they have advertised, drink we received was just the shake and whip cream on top, no Chocolate drizzle or any extras showing in pics. Kids disappointed, parents disappointed, out of $50, not coming back.

Update: Came back here for lunch with my family and everything was excellent, from the food to the service. The staff here has been changed which seems to have made a difference. We ordered sandwiches and chai with the bun and everything was perfect. Definitely give it a try! Was so excited to try this place but the service was terrible and really ruined our experience. Came here on a Saturday night with some friends. Apparently the roti buns are not made until 9 pm and we got there at 8:30. The boys managing the store were pretty unhelpful. I asked simple questions about their drink menu and he couldn’t answer them. When our chai was ready we had to come up and get it ourselves, however throughout our visit there we saw them serving the chai to other tables which I found confusing. Finally at 9:30 (after waiting an hour) we were able to order buns but we were told we could not order any of the specialty buns. We had no choice but to order their regular buns even though we wanted to try the others. Since we had to wait so long to order the buns we had already finished our chai, and the entire experience of enjoying a bun with the chai was lost. While we were eating we noticed other tables were able to order the specialty buns, whereas we were told that specialty buns would not be available for the night. I did not understand why the service was so inconsistent from customer to customer. Also as a side note, you cannot order karak chai that isn’t sweet because apparently it is all “pre-made”. Since I know people who have had positive experiences at other locations I’m willing to give it one more try, but I was really disappointed with my first experience.

We ordered a Turkish coffee which was not prepared authentically, an iced latte which was made with leftover stale coffee, and a bun that looked nothing like the photo. This was our 1st time and we were very excited based on the reviews and photos on the website. Very disappointed.
