Always an amazing experience and of course delicious cookies as soon as you walk into the store it smells like heaven. The staff is so nice. Everything is so tasty. There’s not a bad thing in the world to say about this store.

The location in Naperville Showplace is phenomenal and provides outstanding service. The cookies are always so fresh and absolutely delicious!

Showed up before they’re closing time and I wanted to pay cash since that was the only payment I had and they told me that the register was already closed when they still had 15 minutes for them to close. Girl at the front never greeted me and when I asked to pay cash, she simply rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t take my payment. They should really change their hours if they’re going to close early
