Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I seldom leave reviews but felt obligated to do so tonight. After standing being ignored by staff and listening to them talk about how much they dislike the product they're preparing, I was told that it would be over 45 minutes for them to make me a pizza. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, I will not be returning.

This is a great place if you CAN order. They don't answer their phone and often quit taking orders two hours before closing. Goto the Highlands Ranch location 2.7 miles away. Same prices and food without any problems.

Walked in at 3:15 to order pizza I'm the only person in the store. It only takes may 3 minutes to make a pizza. Was told it would be 30 minute wait. Told them they need to do better for walk in pizza. They said everyone who come in is a walk in and I should have called in order. I call in 2 different times and nobody answers the phone. Piss poor customer service. These new owners are worse than previous owners that were just rude but served customers. These people just stink will not be coming back to this location that I have been a customer at for years no excuse for this.

I have been trying to order food for an hour. When you call they hang up. When I try to order online it says my zip code is invalid. I guess you don't like having customers or selling your products. The website also says its a 31 minute wait.... For what is not even cooked.

Very busy but great team that works fast and hard. Could use a bench though that’s all.

Great place very clean and the staff is very friendly! Not bad for a take and bake place!

Love the color I had just walk in and pick up your pizza. The line crew here has always been so pleasant.

This location is under new management and they are doing an incredible job. Really impressed with the attention we received at the store and will definitely be coming back!!!
