Very bad customer service very very very bad food the worst pizza ever the worst place I have been in

Only delivered half of my order. Waited on hold with the store for 15 minutes. They refused to deliver the rest of the food and refused to give me a refund. They would only give a credit for future purchases. Why would I order from here again?

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a business. Placed an order online like I usually do and called to just follow up to make sure they put extra garlic sauces since I’ve paid for them the last couple times I’ve ordered and they forgot them (no big deal). Spoke to a lady that cut me off before I could even finish my first sentence. Tried to explain my situation and she literally laughed at my reasoning for calling. Asked to speak to a manger and she responds “YES”, asked for her name and she wouldn’t provide her name then hung up the phone. Called back and she was even more rude and obnoxious and still wouldn’t provide her name after multiple requests. Pizza came and asked the driver who is always really awesome ‘Paulin’ the managers name which turned out to be ‘GINA ROBERTS’. Gina has the worst customer service etiquette and should be trained how to handle a simple call request from a returning customer. Gina, hope this review makes it to your supervisor who should terminate you immediately. Horrible customer service GINA! Thank you PAULIN for being an awesome delivery driver. Your company should be proud to have a driver like you.

Ordered on-line for a NY style pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. What I received was a pie with anchovies (i am highly allergic to anchovies). I called to talk to manager and was told that is what I pressed and they don't change orders. If I am allergic to something, why would I order it? Bad customer service. By the way after checking again, the tab for anchovies is way way down the list from pepperoni. Not ordering from this location again. No wonder there are a lot of bad reviews.

Never had an issue before tonight!! The delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong house and when I called to let them know the manager told me that the driver delivered it and confirmed my name! My name i not common he hadn’t confirmed anything i was left having to pay for a wrong delivery. The manager just hung up on me after calling me a liar! So i got scammed by them yet im the bad guy!!

This store is very fast and the employees are nice.
