Over Easy Cafe

Seriously. The best breakfast spot! I love the old timey "breakfast and lunch only" diner type place that closes at 2pm. Cooked to order right in front of me (I sat at the bar) and every bit of that breakfast was excellent . I cleaned my plate.

We'll be back. Would be nice if....able to enlarge the menu on the WEB. Used cell phone to view menu but not able to enlarge it using fingers. So, you'll be struggling to read the menu.

Nice little place, good service, good food.

My "Cheers-type" place. Staff very friendly. Food has always been good. Not open for dinner. Holiday specials both for dine in and to go. Parking: Small strip mall lot, flooding in the middle during heavy rains, reducing available parking.

I have NOTHING nice to say at all I don’t recommend cook your own food or dine elsewhere.

Family atmosphere, very good service and food better than homemade

What can I say except we love this place. I've owned and operated two breakfast and lunch places down here and have also eaten at many within a 50-mile radius. This simple little what might be called a "hole in the wall" ( but very clean!) place not only has delicious, affordable food, but some of the friendliest staff and owners that we've ever experienced. This is about our third time eating here recently, the food was great, the servers wonderful and beyond pleasant and accommodating. I admit that when I had my places I could be a bit cranky, as this is not an easy business, but this place always seems so positive and wonderful. This is the second time I've had a Greek omelette there, with fresh spinach!, and my partner had the breakfast burrito and the food was great. And not to mention that it's nice to go out and have two great breakfasts, both with coffee, for less than $30 for the both of us. All too often when we eat out at other places it is much more $, and for mediocre food and service at that. I admit to having a pet peeve with servers who act like they're slumming and couldn't be less interested in giving you actual service. ( Uhhh... you're working for tips...HELLO???!) I have ultimate respect for good service people and that is what you will find here. Also, it is becoming increasingly more difficult in this world to find a mom and pop type place that isn't just another boring chain place, and here's hoping The Over Easy Cafe is here for a long time. They seem to have many long-term regulars and I can see why. We just may have to move closer to this place so we can eat here more often. I give them an A+ /FIVE all the way around... Well done!
