I worked for this Papa John's for almost a year. I can tell you that hardly anyone here uses gloves because they don't get ordered. Just like everything else in this particular store. I was also terminated for asking for help to do the job. I was a delivery driver who pretty much worked deliveries the whole day by myself. This was everyday I worked except 2 days a week. They expect the delivery drivers to go to the bank to make deposits (as I was told by the Director of operations that managers didn't have the time when they were supposed to arrive an hour before I did) An hour is plenty of time to drive to a bank that was 5 minutes away. Be aware of this store and I would highly recommend not working there.

Papa Johns Pizza off of East Colfax Denver Colorado. Excellent location very popular area recommended that you eat from here call ahead to have your order ready. Right next door to pauls liquors. Papa's pairables 6.99$ each Dietary restrictions: They have peppercinis garlic butter, onions, olives, and they also have a Alfredo sauce Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are compliant! they have a ramp.

I can see a few reasons to why this place has gotten such low rating, but I’ve ordered here more than 15 times and each time it’s come hot and with everything I’d asked for. Even the delivery drivers are kind and easy to communicate during delivery process. I will continue to come back to this location wether it’s pickup or delivery!

UPDATE: a week later and there has been no credit back to my card for a pizza we never recieved. Ordered a pizza with delivery instructions that clearly stated we were located between two other noteable establishments. Rather than the driver delivering to the actual address or reading the instructions fully, she delivered to a neiboring business. She did call and while on the phone with her, avised her to walk around the corner and I'd be waiting out front. However what she didn't say on the phone was that she had already delivered the pizza and walked out. My assistant went next door and met up with the driver. When asked about the order, the delivery driver replied, "too bad they are already eating your pizza" No Apology or accountablitly served with a an extra side of attitude. We were later informed that the establishment the pizza was delivered to, sent money to her personnal venmo account for the pizza. I called for a full refund, still waiting on the refund to process.

Nothing wrong with the food. Delivery drivers don’t follow delivery instructions, we’re not allowed to leave things at concierge and they can’t be bothered to bring it up. This has happened more than once. I called to complain and the manager was unprofessional and short with me, even though I was just calling to adjust the tip on the order.
