Ordered a peperoni & only got a damn cheese
First, our pizza was cold when requested extra crispy, mariners sauce on the box, there wasn’t even mariners on parts of the pizza, and wrongly topped with topping requested on top of all of that. We had to actually put the pepperonis on the pizza bc they were all over the box. We were starving so you can imagine our anger when we got this pizza! 2, I called to speak to someone and was going to suggest we’ll pick up a new one and the manager answered and never spoke. He actually didn’t say a word just left the background noise on the phone. We have NEVER had a bad order from papa John’s util today. I will be requesting my money back.
Ordered cheese sticks, got bread with almost no cheese at all. I attached a photo of how awful it looked.
Ordered delivery from here last night around 9:45pm. They’re advertised as being open until midnight. Around 10:15, I received a text from their delivery driver (in Spanish for some reason) saying that they were already closed and my order was promptly canceled. I then called the store and turns out they were open. Huh? I guess this is what happens when you outsource your deliveries to an unreliable company like DoorDash. Never ordering from here again.
They took longer than they said they would and my pizza was cold

YIKES ON BIKES…. delivery got pushed three separate times for a total of over an hour after original estimated time of delivery. Crazy expensive for the lack of communication and quality of service both corporate and the store level provided. Called corporate to cancel after the second delivery delay, they couldn’t help- so they told me to call the store, called the store was told it was “on the way” … it’s been on its way for quite a while now, just cancel it to which I was met with attitude and vitriol by the lady on the phone. Look y’all, there’s an expectation here that DoorDash is pretty clearly not keeping up with, if you can’t deliver a pizza within 30/45 minutes, might need to look into some changes…. Can’t wait to have to call back corporate to fight over this refund…
