First off, for a manager to be running around the store with their pants purposely hanging down below their a sss cheeks to see their black underwear is ridiculous. The attitude of not only manager who acted like she didn't want to be their is absurd. When I have to ask for a bag or in general having to do the speaking getting absolute silence is crazy. The other worker as well just stared at me with awful stare like I didn't belong there. Furthermore when leave pants dropped hoodlum stared at me as I got into my truck thinking my door was touching her car. Why not park in the back like 10ft away and let coming and going customers park. This location has always had problems and will continue to lose customers do to the Poor hiring process. I really wanted Wing Stop but forgot they was in my route.
This place is trash. Took more than 90 minutes when ordered delivery, the order was missing items, and the food was cold. Don't waste your time with this dump.
As I am helping to instruct the pizza maker how to make my pizza because asking no sauce is the hardest request, in front of a crowded lobby. Someone not in uniform comes in and starts making pizza without washing his hands. Looks like a manager but…….
Order pizza online, showed order ready, went to pickup not there, showed my order number in confirmation email, said not in their system. They got my money and I have no pizza, now have likely spend hours getting money back. Fault appears to be with website to store, needs to fixed ASAP.
I placed an order over an hour ago. I called and still have yet to been picked up off hold. I have been on hold 30 plus minutes this is so crazy. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!
To be honest! This was a terrible mistake coming here for a pizza. They should be ashamed of themselves. They owe me my money back.
While I generally enjoy their pizzas, my recent experience at this particular store left much to be desired. I opted for a pickup order, only to find out through the app that my pizza had already been picked up. Upon arrival, the scene was chaotic—people waiting with no organized line, orders in disarray, and a few deliveries sent to the wrong destinations. Customers, like myself, struggled to locate their orders, and the lack of communication from the staff added to the frustration. No one informed me about the wait or offered an apology for the inconvenience. Standing there unsure of when someone would attend to me became increasingly frustrating, especially considering the app already indicated my order as picked up. When I inquired about my order, the person at the register responded with irritation and made me wait until the end, despite the pizza sitting there and growing colder. This experience has left me hesitant about ordering from this branch in the future, and I'm now exploring other options. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service and communication
Please get new staff the current staff never is at the front to take orders or let anyone pick them up.
