Went in late on 1/10/24, April was at the front and assisted with picking up my order. I witnessed the most sincere spirit as she assisted a homeless gentleman with food and was nice despite circumstances. Thank you for blessing me with such a great experience.
HORRIBLE…….. placed online order used Apple Pay to pay so money is instantly taking off driver gets to my house says i have to pay cash i tell him i already paid call the store the Manager which wouldn’t give me her name told me it was T I had to ask for it over and over told me oh yea it shows pending so i need another card number…. Then 30 secs later say oh sir yea we don’t have any form of payment you need to pay hang up in my face absolutely the worst management
Pizza is usually ready by pick up time. Food is always hot. And of course the pizza is great.
Your free cheesestick enticement is a trick - It says free cheesesticks - then when you get the coupon it says you have to spend $25
Made an order 2 hours ago. They took the money I paid for it. After 2 hours nothing. Tried to call the store. On hold 15 minutes. Again nothing. So called the corporate office. They said the store canceled the order because maybe they are short staffed and is there anything else they can help me with? I’m like wow, refund, I mean something. And they disconnected the call lol. This is how you are treated when a company thinks they are too big to fail lol. Take it or leave it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Don’t know anything about a refund. Nothing just is what it is. Lol. Can’t make this stuff up….
It's just really inconsistent on quality... some days it's perfect, other days it's 20 cups of sauce on bread with a handful of cheese
