Amazing location and view, great cocktails, food was rather average, service was good. Really nice for a special occasion but recommend a reservation
We made a reservation weeks ago for brunch at the Panorama room and planned a whole day around it. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours before we received a text message through Resy stating they decided to change their hours tomorrow from opening at 12 to opening at 3, so they’re canceling our reservation. The date on the text was wrong (it said Jan 4 instead of Feb 4) and they failed to state which restaurant this was coming from (we figured it out from the mention of panoramic views). We tried calling twice to see if the 3:00 menu would be brunch, dinner or something else, but they never answered or returned the call. Very disappointed with this outcome and expected more from such a highly praised restaurant
Muy sabrosa la comida y bien ambiente familiar
Well i love rooftops this one is inside Graduate hotel ,it is just beautiful we where celebrating a bday. Well i have to complain that their menu options and the food uhh need to be changed A S A P i never understood the point of have this very luxury looking venue and no good food …drinks were good and expensive and small but hey we’re downtown is expected but i was so hungry i wasn’t paying $24 dollars for French fries and no parking only vallet$50 for 4 hours Parking: $50 for 4 hours only
We visited Panorama room on Saturday prior to dinner - the views over Manhattan are spectacular - the location of the bar is on Roosevelt Island which give you a really good vantage point. The food and drinks were fabulous (highly recommend the truffle fries) but drinks are on the pricey side of 19/20$ each. However, the service was dreadful due to one server trying to help about 20 people at once so drinks were slow to arrive. The atmosphere upon entry was great, but this changed at around 7pm where it turned into a nightclub with awful music so loud you can’t have a conversation. This bar could be exceptional but I feel like it doesn’t know what it wants to be - a bar or a nightclub. The music did not match or suit other people in the venue and you could see people actively leaving considering it was a majority of over 25s. I think Panorama room needs to work out what venue it’s trying to be and understanding their guests as sadly we were put off by a nightclub atmosphere at 7pm. I would also add that 20% gratuity is included within your bill which is great, but when paying - there is an option to add further gratuity which I think is a little naughty and misleading considering this is already covered within the bill. It feels very greedy in hope of catching someone to pay 40% on top of their bill which is a little gross.
I’ve worked here in the past, and this place never fails to amaze me! Amazing staff and service!!
