I’ve placed an online order for a spinach and artichoke soufflé. I get to the restaurant and was told they were making my order when the order was cleared off the screen. I went back to the rapid pick up area after waiting for 20 minutes without being acknowledged about my order and for the man to tell me they don’t have the soufflé. The manager said he will have a conversation with his staff. This is a terrible first experience and customer service. A man that ordered before me even had trouble with his catering order. Employees were cussing out loud making orders. Absolutely unacceptable!
Restrooms had to have a code to get into and were filthy.
Food was ok but very slow to come out, we were there before the lunch rush
Over charge for coffee. Coffee was cold. Women’s bathroom was filthy
Waited 20 minutes for an untoasted bagel that they didn’t even end up having. Would give zero stars if possible.
Delicious food and wonderful service. My daughter who is 8, ordered the wrong sandwich and not only did Darell remake it but he gave her a whole one instead of a half. Love him and love the entire crew!!
