Food regularly promised within 10 minutes when ordered on the app, then not ready for 25-30 minutes. That’s a problem when you have to get back to work…

** update** I am now actively telling people not to visit this establishment. Manager and staff are nice. But wait times are horrendous. Quality’s for price is absolutely ridiculous. I hate this because it could be so good. corporate seems not to care. today 2-17-23. My order was >30 min late past the time it said it was ready on the app. I’m done. I don’t know why I keep trying. First review-. Not doing so well. I gave some time before rating. But still haven’t pulled it together.

6pm no sandwiches available only soup. The listed hours are till midnight how can you run out of all sandwiches so early? Doesn't Panera realize that a location in a hospital means you are serving a captive group of people that have sick loved ones in the hospital. Having no options other than soup at dinner time is shameful

The only reason I gave a star at all is because I had to leave a review. Upon entering I felt as if I showed up to their house unannounced. The counter lady’s attitude was immediately a red flag. She didn’t want to speak to me at all. When I asked her where could I get my drink. She rolled her eyes & pointed to a corner as if I should’ve known. She asked me for my name for the order and disappeared. After waiting for 20mins (the only person waiting at the time) I went to the counter with a different lady. She couldn’t find my order. As she was looking the original lady showed up and shrugged her shoulders as if she had nothing to do with Panera at all. Then it was discovered that A bag that was sitting on the counter with no name an incorrect order description on the bag was “mine.” I sat down to eat beyond irritated opened my food and it looked like they played soccer with my sandwich. I asked the girl for my money back and was told I could just throw it away myself and of course I vehemently refused. The manager was alerted for a refund and I told her I didn’t want to discuss as her employees were standing there glaring & to be honest I was entirely too angry to discuss it. I’m almost sure she was fully aware to the problem after looking at your reviews. You should seriously consider replacing your entire staff there all the way to management. Your restaurant is disgusting and so is your staff. This is not Panera’s reputation and this store is ruining it.

Same staff as the Ah Bu Pan there and continues to be horrible!!! Just ordered a $16 Tuna sandwich no lettuce or tomato or onion toasted. Saw the girl type it in and she told the cook exact instructions as well. Got the sandwich and of course it was not toasted, had all the tomatoes onions and lettuce loaded on it. Clueless - don’t even attempt to go here until management changes. Vanderbilt cafeteria food is much better!

If you're hoping to get food for a family member who just got out of surgery, they'll be ready to be sent home before your food here is ready. Literally a 50 minute wait for a sandwich.

Rude staff lost my order ticket. Took an HOUR to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Ordered pick 2 broc cheddar and Fuji apple chicken salad to go. Paid for extra cheese and did not get it. Just gave me a tiny amount of dressing not enough to coat all the lettuce. Yesterday ordered a sandwich with mayonnaise and it did not come with mayonnaise. I love paneras food but if you are going to charge a premium for food you need to deliver the basics. This location sucks. I have spent 60.00 for food here the last 2 days and both days my meal sucked.
