The manager here is caring, an amazing problem solver, as well as hilarious and the employees are very kind and welcoming
The food, the ambiance, is typical like any Panera. Clean, well lit, organized. Why looooow rating on service? One of the managers was extremely nasty, using offensive language when i went in for my Sip Club Subscription order pickup. She needs a customer sensitivity retraining. As the Had other store been close enough to where I was staying,..... I would have avoided this store because of this ONE manager. She gives a black mark to the whole store. Update 01/09/2024. Very pleasant experience today. What a difference change in management can make in customer experience.
