High prices, small portions. Breeding ground for soy boys.
The location is listed as closing at 10pm. I arrived at 9:53 and the lights were off as I went through the drive-thru. As I was driving past a voice came over and said we close in four minutes which would’ve been 9:57 p.m.. I asked if that means they weren’t able to take my order and the person responded and said we can but we close in four minutes. After I gave my order and paid they gathered for three minutes and laughed. I didn’t see them begin my order until about 9:59 p.m. and I was the only person in line. I received my order at about 10:02 p.m.. Overall the experience was very dismissive and poor.
I ordered the pizza and wished I had gotten salad. The pizza is just not the best food they make. Great quality otherwise and place was clean. Next time I need to take more time ordering.
Staff handled a large bus of 20+ kids very well. Very clean, and plenty of seating inside and outside.
Quality food is why we choose Panera, even when we need to travel out of our way. This location seemed to be understaffed, with every table needing to be wiped down, and other customers' orders being wrong. Our food was fine, although we would have preferred a whole grain bread option.
