Don't be in a hurry. Takes forever to get food at this location

I wouldn't recommend anyone eating or working here. The Assistant Manager is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The store is very unorganized due to poor leadership.

Ehhh it’s a Panera. Service is decent, not exceptional or anything to write home about. The food is good. Atmosphere ehhh typical deli/quick order. Expensive for what it is. But we go there on occasion for something different. Wide variety of menu items. I like the turkey chili and salads. My husband likes the flat bread pizzas and some of their sandwiches are yummy. I enjoy the flavored teas.

I’ve called and called and called no answer!!! I’ll have to find somewhere else to do lunch at. It’s crazy how no one can answer the phone. It’s 3 PM in the afternoon.

Orange scones are the best

I ordered food from DoorDash. When it arrived, the bag was sealed but my $15 sandwich was not in there with my employees food. I called three times and nobody answered. I’m not sure how a business can operate without answering the phone for orders.

The Manager, Ann, prepared our HOT chicken buffalo sandwiches but when we got them, the chicken was very cold. We took it back, and she huffed and puffed and asked us if we wanted her to microwave it and when she took it out it was burnt. She offered to make another sandwich and the chicken on that one was cold. To be a Manager, her attitude was the worse customer service. She blamed the microwave for not heating the meat properly. We got a refund and will not be returning to this location.
