Santos Coffee - Acton Rd.

Today was my first time visiting this coffee shop and I had a great experience. I was hoping to come and get some work done and enjoy a delicious coffee, and I did exactly that. I was glad for the different seating options (I sat in one of the comfy chairs in the corner!) and that there were accessible outlets in case I needed to plug in my laptop. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Coffee, food is good overall. Service is nonexistent and laughable. Skip this one 100%.

This location is really a nice and convenient spot to go and grab a cup of whatever you are drinking. There is ample space to work remotely as WiFi and power outlets are offered and plentiful. The food has always been decent, and their offerings don't taste like other coffee shops pre-packaged and microwaved breakfast sandwiches. I've had an experience with service though that has turned me off a little. One time is a fluke though, and I hope this doesn't show a potential pattern. A coworker and I came in and order drinks and breakfast sandwiches as normal. (We usually come in once every other week.) We got the sandwiches quickly, and at down and waited on the drinks. As my coworker and I got talking and eating our sandwiches we realized that we never got our drinks. We thought well maybe because it was really busy that morning they were behind. So, we asked about it and the person behind the counter didn't seem to care almost like we were a bother asking about it. Sensing the attitude of the employee my coworker at that point just asked for a refund and we left. I'm hoping it's a one time thing and not a systemic issue. We will be back and see Parking: Plenty of parking. I could see an issue later in the day as neighboring businesses open though.

Nutella latte was great. Good and fresh food also.

Girl at mountain Brook seemed visually upset when we ordered food like it was an inconvenience and said something under breath to other worker. Then this location said they don't do food in the drive thru even though it's on the drive thru menu. I know its first world problems but when you drive there just to get food and can't leave kids in the car it's kind of frustrating. Santos may be growing faster than they can handle and just was way better when it was just Homewood.

No coffee available at 1240 pm. Did not tell me until paid with added tip Ugh!

BEST COFFE EVER

Every time I come here I’m always disappointed, if you go through the drive thru, expect to wait 15-30 min even if there’s only 1-2 cars ahead of you. I sat at the window for about 10 min watching my drink that was already finished sitting there before someone handed it to me. Last time I went I just ended up driving off after sitting at the window for 10 min without anyone saying anything to me.
