From all the Panera locations I’ve ever been to this one has the best customer service, and better than some high end restaurants that I’ve eaten at in Miami area. Shoutout to Jasmine and Shuanti, they are both kind and courteous. I’ll keep coming back to this location even though it’s not the closest one to my home, and that is because of them and the rest of the staff. Job very well done!
Awful staff, not typical Panera location! Staff not interested at all in actual service! You’ll get what they give you, regardless of your receipt! Manager(Ray) not what I’d call qualified….

I will be filing Class Action Lawsuits against Panera Corporate, as well as the Covelli Franchise Panera's in Broward for Hate Crimes using the State of Florida's definition for it as the primary legal basis... for the Unlawful way I was treated by the current Aventura Panera GM, Ray (Last Name withheld) and his District Manager: for experiences at the Hallandale Beach and Aventura locations... and also potentially for the store located at 123rd and Biscayne Blvd. in North Miami.
