I can't speak to the atmosphere because I am an online customer. So far I have only tried the Einkorn sour dough bread and I love it. I thoroughly the taste of this bread and love to enjoy bread without any concern about the health implications I can't give as high a rating for service because the delivery time is longer than I think it has to be..

I ordered the spelt sourdough and it is divine. I've only had half of a loaf so not sure of the health benefits yet however it feels amazing knowing what I'm putting in my body is not processed in on any lev. Thank you for having theses products

Kid-friendliness: My 11 year old son loved it

A $70 order went into the garbage. The most remarkable thing about this bakery is the photographer. The bread was tiny and did not resemble bread at all. It couldn’t even toast the bread. I was incredibly disappointed. On what I make, it was an expensive lesson.
