I ordered my food at 8:18 p.m. here it is 8:51 p.m. and I still haven't got my complete order and the order I went inside and picked up is definitely not at temperature it's lukewarm they bagged it and had it waiting for grilled teriyaki chicken to come up and they told me it would only take 12 minutes here I am 33 minutes into my weight I would have never ordered knowing it was going to take this long tighten up panda

We ordered 3 large entrees each one ran out while waiting for the previous. During the 23 minutes we waited huge door dash orders cleaned out entire bowls while we waited for them to refill. Not the first experience like this. NEVER AGAIN!

Placed an online order and was told it was ready for pick up. Arrived to pick up the order and was told it wasn't ready. Waited 20 minutes and asked how much longer it would be and was told at least another 20min. 40 min wait for and order that was supposed to ready for pick up before I arrive d is ridiculous. General Manager Manager said the reason for the massive delay was due to them being short staffed and busy..... Poor management with a poor excuse....

I honestly love Panda Express. The one in Yulee, Florida, is fast and friendly, and the food is consistently good. I have never had an issue here.
