Pizza Hut

I placed our order online and waited for our delivery. When we got it the pizza I ordered was completely wrong. I called the store and got an “oh, sorry. What did you order?” I asked how long it would be before we got our new/right pizza. He said “about 45 minutes”. I then asked what he wanted me to do with the wrong pizza, he said I needed to return it. I said, “wow, 45 minutes for the first delivery and now another 45 minutes for the new delivery?!” It was about 6:15pm when I placed the original order and almost 8pm before we got the right pizza. I don’t normally write negative reviews but, I was a bit blown away with how unprofessional and unapologetic the guy was on the phone. I even gave him special directions to get to our house that he so kindly neglected to share with the driver and she got lost getting to us. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Fastest delivery in town, especially for a Friday night at 6pm. Pizza was delicious and fresh! Service excellent! Would definitely recommend!

Please do not let Gary take orders ! name was incorrect, so information did not pull up , sad that he could not provide any information other than what the cash register could provide,order was incorrect.

Spent $50 and waited well over an hour for NOTHING. Great delivery fee go ahead and enjoy the tip for doing nothing!

Great experience overall. The temp and presentation of the food was good. Will definitely order again.
