Poor customer service

Takes 20 min to go through drive through with no one in line

I like Panda Express however food tasted bit stale like it was reheated from last night. I came and ate little after 11am. Does not taste like it was just made in past hour or two but like if I take it home and reheat it the next day

They are way over priced compared to other one's and they cook the orange chicken way to long.

Staff here is phenomenal and they HUSTLE. The location looks a bit run down but the staff works hard to get everyone their food quickly, and I always get fresh food here in a timely manner, even though they seem understaffed. Service 5/5.

Drive through wait time for food to be ready is ridiculous every time. Super slow.

Panda Express has never been one of my favorite foods but when I go here I look forward to the staff! The staff are always so energetic and kind to me and always seem to have fun while working.
