Make It Vegan

The food here is awesome! 100% vegan. Not all of my family is vegan and they could not stop eating and praising the food. The flavor was on point!! Their daily menu changes often so be sure to check and see what they have. They also offer meal prep options if you would like to take the food for later. The service was great. They do have some seating inside but it's limited. Overall a great experience.

I love love love!!! this vegan spot Clean, welcoming, safe, yummy, incredible food & sweet employees. Queer friendly & owned is so important to me. They support local artists as well with selling their art on the walls. You definitely get what you pay for! The quality of clean ingredients is delicious and keeps me coming back for more. Make it Vegan has a dine in menu as well as meal prep, so you can get meals delivered every week! I live in Aurora and come here once a week because of the quality atmosphere and service. My husband and I stopped by and got the Toona poke bowl and Italian Ham and cheese Panini. Omg it was amazing! The Toona Poke bowl was super fresh and flavorful and I believe it was tomatoes used for the Toona and man it was surprisingly delicious. My husband devoured his panini, which thank you to the server today for adding balsamic glaze to it it really elevated the sandwich to the next level. We then were given the carbonara to try and review. It was super creamy and the fake bacon was tasty, could use more flavor like fresh garlic and onions, otherwise super tasty. Absolutely love this place and need to get down here more often. Highly recommend this place the food is worth it and the service is fantastic.

Came in looking for some new vegan options close to work and was blown away by the service and friendly people of this restaurant! A solid line up for lunch options and an even more impressive selection for the meal prep menu that they have available! If you havent been, you need to stop in immediately!

Quick, friendly service and good food.

We had a great dinner here tonight before our Red Rocks concert! The food was awesome and there were a bunch of great options, but I have to say the thing that’ll keep us coming back was the OUTSTANDING service. Lincoln was attentive, sociable, the chef, server, and went out of the way to ensure our experience was as good as it could possibly be. I can’t remember the last time I felt this taken care of in a restaurant. Thank you Lincoln and thank you Make it Vegan for giving us an awesome vegan option to keep coming back to!

I got the breakfast combo, Reuben, and Monte Cristo and all were equally delicious, thank you!

Pretty expensive but the food made it worth it. Very accommodating to my request for something not necessarily available on the menu and was by far the best breakfast sandwich in town.
