Worst location in San Diego by far. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Rice is generally undercooked and I’m getting real curious how they manage to make black pepper chicken sweet. Don’t order pickup from this location. You will want to watch them package the food.
DREADFUL! THIS PANDA EXPRESS GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. DONT EVER GO HERE, IF YOU WANT TO EAT REAL CHINESE FOOD THEN GO TO ZION MARKET OR SOMEWHERE TRADITIONAL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE A DOG. THE EGGROLLS ARE DRY BUT HAVE A WET TEXTURE. THE FOOD IS WAY TOO SAUCY. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WONT WANT TO DIE FROM FOOD POISONING. THE RESTAURANT IF COMPLETELY FILTHY. NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY EVEN OVERPRICE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE FOOD!!!
There’s a Chinese lady here that made me feel uncomfortable, I asked for more chile sauce and she said in her language “ there’s plenty in your plate” ( I only had 3 , usually I like a lil more) I didn’t say nothing then when I asked for a bit more ice she said that’s all I can give you…. She needs to work more on her customer service skills cause I didn’t like how she acted. The soda machine has been out of service for a month already
The last that works there around 8pm is a incompetent, skimps on the orange chicken, barley any kung pao chicken . The one in El cajon gives you more
My husband and I did not like our food. My orange chicken was all bread(ed) with no chicken. Disappointing. The food was not worth the price.
I love Panda Express, but this location has some management problems! I went there on a Weds around 1:00. First of all, they were understaffed, and the existing employee were very slow and unorganized. Almost to the point that they look like they don't even care that the line is getting longer and longer. It took me 25 minutes in a line with 8 people ahead of me to get to the front to find out that they are out of mixed vegetables and chow main. I would not come back to this location again.
Gabriel Is a great cook. He is good team player.
