Panda Express

Alma was in too big of a hurry to listen to my order or make sure it was correct. Chandra was in to big of a hurry to get my money that he did not make sure I even had the correct food from the many orders sitting there. He did not offer sauces or even look up from the register. Poor experience overall.

A worker fixed a to go plate. Wrote on it,dropped the pen in the rice. Picked it up and then dumped out the to go plate of rice back in the pot. She walked off, another employee came over. I asked about more rice coming out and said what just happened,he looked at me and said No more rice till this one is gone. That's just nasty!!!

I was heading to Panda Express drive thru before work on my way to get lunch and there's was no line so when I got to the drive thru speaker the young man speaking was not very friendly and his tone when he talks was rude. He didn't talk properly as well. The food was good though. But the drink was not! I ordered medium Dr pepper and it was so water down that I had to throw away. This is the second time I had bad experience at this location. The first time a year ago the young lady was rude at the drive thru. These young people working at Panda Express can't work well under pressure and whenever they're having a bad day they taking their frustrations out on customers. Bad customer service!!!

I have been going to this panda for a long time now. But I am not sure if there was a major staff change or management change because things have seriously gone down hill. 2 out of 3 times going my rice was hard and clumped together. All three times I was told there was a minute wait for orange chicken. All three times I had to wait 10 mins. I would just leave but I had already paid. I would just only go when you have plenty of time to wait because it’s seems to be guaranteed at this restaurant .

I placed an order through Uber eats, and it didn't give you the option for sauces, so I called Panda Express two different times and spoke with a guy named Winter. He said he'd make sure to put sauces with my $50 order. Not only was my order late due to Panda Express, but I didn't receive one sauce. He then tried to lie about why I didn't receive any sauces, and the crab Rangoon is complete trash. I didn't even receive teriyaki sauce with the two orders of teriyaki chicken. The guy Winter was a total joke on the phone!!

Simple, inexpensive and delicious. No complaints.
