The food was good and the restaurant was clean but the staff was arrogant, unwelcoming, and slow. Not mentally slow but physically. The woman taking my order was impatient when I spoke and then lagged when she worked. She had a bad attitude that you could tell just by looking at her. She rolled her eyes each time I'd answer a question. She interrupted me multiple times and then seemed irritated when I asked for soy sauce and hot mustard. By the time I left, I was out $36 bucks and had no appetite. Unfortunately, I had taken my food to go. But it was still good the next day. Vegetarian options: Seeing roll, chow mein(w/eggs) and rice. Parking: Only one spot in front rest further away. Kid-friendliness: It's like fast food. Wheelchair accessibility: Not a problem ramps throughout shopping center.
Long line at lunch hour. Waited in the lone line to get to the food. Then have to wait for the Chow Mein. Unbelievable.
Very poor management from the lady “manager.” My friend got diarrhea when she got home. Unhygienic conditions here.
Ordered for delivery and order wasn't correct, food Luke warm and to top things off when we tried to call this location about 8 times. No one answered. I'm calling corporate to complain. Very bad for business. Will never EVER recommend this place again!!!.
Ordered online the plate with chow mien and double orange chicken. When I get my order it’s just chow mien and no orange chicken. Got charged full price for terrible service
