Ordered a bigger plate tonight picked it up and got home and found they forgot two out of the three items for the entrées. I’ve ordered with these guys for a few years now and every time it seems that they forget something. I’m very frustrated with this operation. Now they don’t answer their phone, I hope I can get a refund tomorrow but it’ll take another trip over there to talk to the manager. I hate these guys. Update - Yep never got a refund just like I thought. I don’t think I’m gonna order any longer from these people.
Don't ever trust the app/online for an order here. Check your bag when you purchase online. Honestly, it's better to just purchase your items in store. But nothing will ever be made to order or fresh unless it's a popular item that is frequently ordered and even then you might get Beef and Broccoli that's all Broccoli and no Beef. Picked up an order last night with several items missing and no sauce nor fortune cookies. Truly felt like the staff figures they will just get a bad review so why bother trying. I called several times and did finally get a small amount refunded back. However, it doesn't make up for the bad experience.
