The only nice thing about this place is the decor. Food is alright but definitely had better. Ceviche was so sour, it was hard to eat. Miso soup was pretty good. I would not return.
First time at this restaurant in the food was spectacular. Going forward I’m making it mandatory to come here once a month.
Are you kidding me? I placed my order with your server, and not only did he forget one of the items, he had the gall to blame me for his mistake! He claimed I should have reminded him when he checked back. How could I remind him of something I wasn't even aware was missing? It's completely ludicrous! And to make matters worse, when I needed assistance, other servers were too busy chatting to bother checking on the customers. It felt like my needs were just being blatantly ignored! Your staff's primary responsibility is to ensure that orders are correct and customers are looked after—not to leave us feeling like we have to manage them to get decent service. I don't go out to eat to have such a frustrating experience, especially not at a place like yours. This should be a wake-up call to overhaul how you train your team. They need to own up to their errors and handle their duties professionally to avoid ruining the dining experience for their guests. And about the takeout? It was a total disaster. I ordered online, arrived, and waited without any updates. My food was just sitting there—ignored like me. And the fish? It made me sick. And your server? I swiped my card, didn't show me the total and walked off without giving me a receipt despite my asking. I had to chase her down to close out my payment. Take this feedback seriously. You must use it to genuinely improve your staff's training and ensure better customer service. Otherwise, you're not running a restaurant; you're running a circus where the clowns are in charge.
We stumbled on this place looking for places to eat near Golden Gate Park. Food was excellent and prices were more than reasonable. Sticky ribs, sea bass and cod sandwich were all tasty. Service was fast and the outdoor seating area offers views of the park and people watching.
Pacific Catch in San Francisco is a delightful dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. The service here is exceptionally friendly, making you feel welcomed from the moment you step in.One of the standout dishes at Pacific Catch is their fish and chips. The fish is perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior that gives way to tender, flaky goodness inside. The seasoning is just right, adding a burst of flavor without overwhelming the natural taste of the fish. Paired with perfectly cooked fries, this dish is a must-try for seafood lovers.Overall, Pacific Catch offers a warm ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food, making it a top choice for a satisfying meal in San Francisco.
