The staff is so kind and accommodating!

Placed my order online and when I arrived at the designated time, they did not have it! Had to wait 20 minutes to place the order again with bartender (who was also waiting tables.) When I FINALLY got my order home, the steak was riddled with fat and unedible, bread was hard as a rock and the salad loaded with white lettuce & cores! HORRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD! Total waste of time & $$$

Had a great meal , the restaurant was very busy but the employees handled it well. The manager / proprietor was on the floor delivering meals and drinks and making sure customers where satisfied, it was nice to see “ customer service “ still exists .

Our server Dominic was awesome!!! He was polite, explained well the menu and even got us a complimentary desert for a slip up that was considered minor to us. However, he insist to right by us anyway. Thank You Dominic, We enjoyed every decadent bite of our chocolate peanut butter dessert- perfect sharing size. Also, kind manager - runs the restaurant excellently. We will be adding Outback Steakhouse to our repertoire of places to dine. Especially, the one in Gulf Coat.

Was disappointed with our visit. Took forever to get food almost an hour. Asked manager about it and she was rude, no personality acted like she was mad she had to work.my food came out cold. My steak was cold and my butter couldn’t melt in my sweet potato because the potato was cold and my medium well steak was closer to rare. Spoke to manager and she said what do you want me to do. The only issue that made it a bad experience that I don’t want to go back was the manager!!! the manager should not be in charge of a restaurant she has no people skills and just stares at you with a nasty look and it makes you feel very uncomfortable.

We order food for our dealership, We got about 16 steaks and salads, to go, Picked up the order and when we got back to the dealership We had no utensils to eat our steaks. The salads were slimy and the lettuce was brown and disgusting, Glad we got to throw away the majority of our food away, Not really impressed after spending the amount of money we did just to throw it away. While some of the steaks we almost raw in the middle and some great, We order all steaks the same temperature. Very disappointing

Everyone needs to ask for Dylan when they come in. Not only did he work his way up to becoming a waiter but he might just be the best one . 6 Gold Stars

Get food and service. Dominic K was our server - he was awesome. Great personality, friendly and fantastic service!
